PB&J Date Bites
Every bite packed with that delicious pb&j feeling —but … better!
Ingredients:
Medjool dates, pitted
Peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
Jam (I used raspberry)
Dark chocolate, melted (I used Hu Kitchen)
Freeze dried raspberries, crushed (Trader Joe’s & WF sells this!)
Directions:
Open up your dates, fill with nut butter and a little dollop of jam. Gently squish back together, dip in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberries on top. Chill for 10 minutes or until the melted chocolate is hardened.
