La Pecora Bianca Brussels Salad
It’s just PERFECTION in every bite!
All you need is 4 ingredients and 10 minutes. The original is slightly different but this is better!
Salad:
Shaved brussels sprouts*
Sliced almonds
Yellow raisins (pickled or normal)
Grated parmesan
Dressing:
1 clove grated garlic
1 tsp dijon
1 lemon
Champagne vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
*pre shredded brussels will work but freshly grated are preferred (hehehe) — I like to shave in advance and store in the fridge which makes it super easy for meal prep! If your tummy is sensitive to raw brussels feel free to massage them with a little salt and olive oil before building the salad. Adjust all seasonings to taste. ENJOY!
