Homemade granola

Easy aka L A Z Y at-home granola 💫 this recipe is free of refined sugar, is super easy and adaptable and fun to customize to your preferences.

Ingredients:
Organic rolled oats
Almonds, crushed/ finely chopped
Cinnamon
Coconut oil
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract
Optional: raw coconut flakes, hemp/chia seeds, other nuts

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and combine oats and almonds. Melt a tablespoon or two of coconut oil and add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Combine with oats until fully coated. Feel free to add coconut flakes, any other seeds or nuts. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, checking halfway through to toss and prevent burning. Allow to cool before transferring to a jar.

I loaded up some @edgwickfarm goat-gurt 🐐 with banana, my granola, berries, dates, walnuts, hemp, chia seeds and cacao nibs — bee pollen would have been a great addition too! 🐝
