Basil Lemon Pasta
So simple, so satisfying, you need this 20-minute dinner in your rolodex.
Ingredients:
Butter [grass fed, cultured butter - like Kerry Gold]
Spaghetti
3+ lemons
Parmesan
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti al dente, making sure to reserve pasta water.
Heat a pan, transfer in cooked spaghetti, mixing in a few hefty tablespoons of the butter, the juice of 2-3 lemons, some pasta water, and lots of fresh grated parm. Adjust ratios to your desired taste and sauce consistency and texture.
Mix in finely chopped basil.
Season with cracked black pepper.
