Basil Lemon Pasta

So simple, so satisfying, you need this 20-minute dinner in your rolodex.

Ingredients:

  • Butter [grass fed, cultured butter - like Kerry Gold]

  • Spaghetti

  • 3+ lemons

  • Parmesan

  • Fresh basil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

  • Cook spaghetti al dente, making sure to reserve pasta water.

  • Heat a pan, transfer in cooked spaghetti, mixing in a few hefty tablespoons of the butter, the juice of 2-3 lemons, some pasta water, and lots of fresh grated parm. Adjust ratios to your desired taste and sauce consistency and texture.

  • Mix in finely chopped basil.

  • Season with cracked black pepper.
