Olive Focaccia
The best …ever.
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- Kalamata olives
- Castelvetrano olives
- Sesame seeds
- Flaky sea salt
- olive oil
- Dried herbs
Instructions:
Grease a cast iron skillet or heat proof dish. Toss in your pizza dough and let it rise for about an hour. Drizzle with olive oil then using all your fingers, deeply poke holes throughout the dough. Top with whatever you desire, although I can’t recommend this combo enough — dried herbs (basil, thyme, marjoram), crushed garlic cloves, kalamata and castelvetrano olives, sesame seeds, flaky sea salt. Bake at 450° for about 20 minutes or until golden.
