DIY delicious granola

🥥 HOMEMADE GRANOLA JUST HITS DIFF 🥥


Store bought granola is delicious but usually loaded with tons of sugar. I’m not saying this recipe isn’t sweet butttttt def better for you and tastes UNREAL! So adaptable based on your fave nuts and seeds.

2 cups oats (organic preferred, no glyphosate)
1/2 cup crushed pecans
1/2 cup crushed almonds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
3 Tbl melted coconut oil
1-2 tbl maple syrup
*seeds and nuts all unsalted and not candied so you can control flavors 😚

In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix again until combined. The oats should be just coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes. Check on them halfway through to toss around so the granola evenly cooks. Allow to cool and ENJOY!!
